1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of R J Master Plumbers & Renovators ("we", "us", or "our") or using our website at rjmasterplumbers.co.za, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

R J Master Plumbers & Renovators provides professional services including, but not limited to:

• Geyser installation and repair
• Solar geyser installation
• Leak detection
• Emergency plumbing
• Blocked drain clearing
• Plumbing COC certificates
• Bathroom renovations
• General plumbing repairs

Services are provided across Western Cape. We reserve the right to decline a service request if we are unable to safely or effectively complete the work.

3. Pricing

All prices quoted are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices displayed on our website are starting rates and may vary. A detailed quote will be provided before any work commences.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, electronic funds transfer (EFT), and card payments.

5. Warranties

R J Master Plumbers & Renovators warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Labour is warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, R J Master Plumbers & Renovators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
